• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and lead a large team.

• Having good knowledge about various sewing machines and auto cutter, Gar bar technology and other high technology related to Garments industry.

• Able to work independently with tight deadline and deal with work procedure.

• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of Boiler Guidelines, and RSC compliance standards.

• Skilled in preparing technical reports, project updates, drawings, and schedules.

• Lead the boiler maintenance team and ensure smooth functioning of all boiler.
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Ensure minimum breakdown and maximum efficiency of boiler equipment.
• Trouble Shooting of critical issues of Boiler.
• Plan and oversee installation, modification, and upgradation of boiler equipment.
• Monitor boiler services and ensure uninterrupted supply.
• Developing and implementing a (proactive) maintenance strategy.
• Looking for new ways/tools/assets to improve productivity and cut costs.
• Oversee various on-site maintenance procedures.
• Manage teams of maintenance workers assigned to equipment repairs.
• Execute general and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Assign maintenance team as per requirement.
• Monitor and improve energy, water, and waste efficiency.
• Keep all technical documentation, drawings of all boiler, and maintenance records updated.
• Train and supervise maintenance engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
• Maintain safety standards and compliance with company policies.
• Prepare and manage annual maintenance.
• Coordinate with production, planning, and other departments to ensure operational efficiency.
