∎ Masters/ MBA/ BBA degree in any discipline from any reputed university can apply but preference will be given on Marketing.
∎ Skills Required: Brand Promotion, Marketing, Sales

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To create, implement and measure the success of a comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations program that will enhance the organization's image and position within the marketplace, and facilitate internal and external communications.
∎ The ideal candidate should have the overall knowledge about E-Bike, Scooter, Bicycle and Electrical & Gasoline two/three wheeler vehicle import business, sales management, supply chain management, also need the knowledge about the trend of current global market.
∎ The potential candidate should have vast connection with the Dealers of Two/Three Wheeler Vehicle throughout the country.
∎ The incumbent will have adequate knowledge about show-room based business.
∎ The ideal candidates should have adequate knowledge about to sale E-Bike, Scooter, Bicycle & Electrical & Gasoline two/three wheeler vehicle through the Dealer Channel/ Wholesale channel.
∎ Maximize the market share, revenue and profitability by formulating the sales strategies and action plans while competing with other market players.
∎ Develop and recommend product positioning, transporting, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share.
∎ Direct market channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.
∎ Ensure effective control of sales results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.
∎ Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
∎ Forecast sales activities and set performance goals accordingly.
∎ Provide excellent customer support and demonstrates tenacity when dealing with complex customer situations.
∎ Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
∎ Review and analyze sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.
∎ Ensure that the organization regularly conducts relevant market research and coordinate and oversee this activity and to monitor the trends.
∎ Formulating and implementing the strategic plan that guides the direction of the business or organization.
∎ To design, establish & routine follow up the KPI, KRA & KRI.
∎ Overseeing the complete operation of an organization in accordance with the direction established in the strategic plan.
∎ The selected person will motivates employees through incentive and recognition programs, and often directs the firm's functions and meeting.
∎ The selected person will formulate the company's budget to accomplish short-and long - term financial goals. He reviews sales statistics, financial statements that show profit and loss, and oversees production reports to ensure financial success of the organization.
∎ To prepare, develop & implement various plans, policies to run the operations of the business.
∎ To Forecast the sales & marketing of the business.
∎ To establish, set up & follow up the service center.
∎ Any other tasks as & when required or assign by the Authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience in any E-Bike, Scooter, Bicycle. etc and Electrical/Gasoline two/three wheeler vehicle importer Company's sales & Marketing is mandatory.
∎ Strong knowledge of key products and their demand, pricing and value.
∎ Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing, communications and public relations activities.
∎ Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal sales skills.
∎ Demonstrated ability to anticipate and solve practical problems or resolve issues.
∎ Understand the customer requirement and able to map Runner Products and solutions.
∎ Should show leadership to deliver both the change management and to drive the business forward.
∎ Knowledge of Commercial, Distribution, Inventory, Business Network will get priority.
∎ Should be self driven, result oriented, hard working.
∎ Willing to travel extensively across the country
∎ High level of professional integrity

Salary:
