Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting & Finance, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ CIMA/CA/FCA//CPA will get priority.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Finance, Internal Audit, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax), Strategic Planning

Job Context:
∎ An Electrical & Gasoline Two/Three Wheeler Vehicle Imported Company having its Corporate Office at Firoz Tower (8th Level), 152/3b, Bir Uttam Qazi Nuruzzaman Road, Panthopath, Dhaka is going to launch the business soon. It`s Acccounts & Finance Division is one of the main wing to run it`s business smoothly & promptly.
∎ Manager-Accounts & Finance is responsible for financial Planning, Budgeting, Controlling, Forecasting & Variance Analysis, Cash Management, Tax & VAT Planning, Internal Control and compliance with all statutory requirements.
∎ Manager-Accounts & Finance will have to oversee the company`s Finance, Policies and Procedures; to Prepare all financial statements, developing, implementing and modifying financial statement and internal controls; Management Accounting, Financial Reporting.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Major Responsibilities (not limited to but also included):
∎ To develop Internal Control System and to report.
∎ To monitor accounts including analysis of inventory and it's variances to improve internal control.
∎ To prepare & submit periodical statutory accounts and ensure that the books of accounts has been maintained in compliance with International Accounting Standard (IAS) as adopted in Bangladesh, Companies Act, and other rules and regulations as applicable for the company.
∎ To follow up, monitor and complete step by step import related tasks in cost effective manner.
∎ Developing strategies for financial management, control and process improvements which will increase the efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
∎ To manage, supervise and analysis of all treasury related activities such as cash management, cash forecasting, interest rate monitoring etc.
∎ To establish & maintain liaison and build up relationship with Banks, other financial institutions, Board of Investment, Bangladesh Bank, NBR, RJSC consultants, custom with relevant government authority and other external stake holders regarding financial issues.
∎ To handle VAT, Tax, Customs Duty, AIT deduction etc.
∎ To file company's annual Tax Return within the time frame by ensuring proper tax benefit plan.
∎ To ensure timely preparation of Bank Payment, Receipt and journal voucher.
∎ To supervise fixed assets movement, Inventory maintaining, control & valuation, receivables, payable, advances, and general accounting functions and ensure weekly reconciliation to strengthen internal control.
∎ To follow up proper documentation of all accounting and financial documents of the company and establish or update financial policies, systems and control to implement the plan.
∎ To deal with the Auditors, bankers, external and internal advisers, investors and other representative bodies, trade associates, Govt. departments and other regulatory authorities.
∎ To maintain & upgrade/update various Accounts related Register in time in regular basis.
∎ To prepare periodical Budget and forecasting, took approval from the Top Management.
∎ To audit bill, voucher & inform Top Management about the dissimilarity or unfairness / malfunction and inquiry (if required).
∎ To follow up & monitor the workforce.
∎ To assist, guide, monitor & to shoot troubles in day to day operations..
∎ To obtain & maintain a through understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure.
∎ To reconciliation Accounts related issues.
∎ Inventory & Asset Management.
∎ To suggest to assist Top Management to minimize the cost & expenditure.
∎ To keep record of every transaction in professional manner by both Soft copy & Hard copy.
∎ To prepare of Payroll and disbursement of Salary.
∎ To maintain & keep sound relation/ liaison.
∎ To formulate & implement policy/ plan in collaboration with Top Management.
∎ Any other task as/ when assign by the Supervisor or the Top Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate will have the vast knowledge about handling VAT, Tax, Customs Duty, AIT deduction policy in import business of Home Appliance & or two / three Vehicle Import related.
∎ The candidate with have sound knowledge in LC matter and Import Policy of any Import basis Business.
∎ At least 5-6 years practical working experience in the relevant position is mandatory.
∎ Candidate having experience in Finance & Accounts Department in any Group of Company or any Private Limited Company or any Electrical/Gasoline Two/Three Wheeler Vehicle Importer company will get priority.
∎ This is a Mid Level Management Position, so, the incumbent should have the required experience in leading finance and accounts Department for at least five to six years in the relevant position.
∎ Joining will be as soon as possible basis to fill up the vacant position.
