∎ Minimum Master's Degree & good score in all public examinations
∎ Skills Required: Bangladesh Labor Law, Computer skill, HR Compliance, HR payroll, HR Policy, ISO Audit

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments Industry
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise all HR-related work.
∎ Supervise Social Compliance related work.
∎ Supervise maintenance of all factory maintenance
∎ Supervise overall factory
∎ Supervise factory & office security.
∎ Supervise company transport.
∎ Support activities for factory production.
∎ Attend meetings with various organizations on behalf of the company.
∎ Implement action plan given by the management.
∎ Brief / inform management of factory activities.
∎ Plan and implement solution for improvement/development of factory & all related awareness of work

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Computer: Email & able to draft a letter in Bangla & in English.
∎ Able to work under pressure.
∎ Must be physically & mentally fit
∎ Have to be punctual & proactive person

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly)
