    • Masters
  • Masters in Development Studies, Economics, Social Sciences, Environmental Science or related field.
  • Professional/on-job training on fundraising (preferred but not mandatory).

  • Team building capacity

  • Strong English writing, editing, and communication skills.Basic knowledge of project proposal development and donor requirements.

  • Good understanding of development issues such as climate change, livelihood, gender, WASH, DRR, health, and social protection.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), online research and Google Workspace.

  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines.

  • Respect on gender, PSEA, Safeguarding, code of conduct and cultural diversity

  • Committed on response in any humanitarian emergency if necessary

  • Able to operate virtual platform like Skype/Zoom/Team etc.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Assist in identifying national and international funding opportunities (INGOs, UN agencies, bilateral donors, CSR, foundations, etc.).

  • Support the development of concept notes and project proposals in collaboration with program teams.

  • Conduct background research on donor priorities, thematic areas, and funding trends.

  • Maintain a database of potential donors, grants, and submission deadlines.

  • Assist in preparing project budgets in coordination with the finance team.

  • Support donor communication, including preparing emails, updates, and meeting briefs.

  • Coordinate with program, M&E, and finance teams to gather information required for proposal writing.

  • Review and edit project reports, case studies, and organizational promotional materials.

  • Assist in organizing fundraising events, campaigns, and networking/liaison activities.

  • Ensure proper documentation of all fundraising materials, correspondence, and donor guidelines.

  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor/Manager of Fundraising.
