Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 30 years
Fresher with specialized training in paint/chemical management will get preference.
Candidates with paint shop or chemical handling experience will with get preference.
Responsibilities & Context:
Production Control (Shift Control, achieve daily production target, loss time reduce).
Process control (Process quality, equipment condition confirmation).
Chemical Management (Chemical compatibility, MSDS compliance, Acid control, spillage control, stock control.
Maintain Health & operation safety.
Manpower control (Manpower utilization by proper distribution, manpower skill up).
Develop manufacturing processes that minimize waste and increase the quality of finished products.
Monitor and test processes and products found in all phases of production.
Quality control (Quality confirmation for next customer, Process Develop).
