Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Food Technology or Equivalent
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Food Processing Industry, Quality, Quality Assurance or Quality Control.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain the quality control system according to the FSSC 22000
∎ Execute inspection and quality control/quality assurance activities to meet specifications and quality standards for a variety of in-process and finished products.
∎ Perform market return analysis and find root cause of return
∎ Guide and monitor the activities of Laboratory Attendants
∎ Establish Food safety Management system in all stages of Production process
∎ Perform testing of all Raw & packing Materials and Finished products
∎ Keep a record of all relevant tests, process quality control etc.
∎ Release of Quality Certificates within given time frame
∎ Ensure compliance with all regulatory agency standards
∎ Coordinate with Production & Maintenance Departments to establish quality standards for Raw materials, work in Process and Finished Products
∎ Identify value added new technology, product and process management improvements and report to the Head of the Department
∎ Besides, performance of any other activities assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ At least 3 (three) years of working experience in production/quality in Can Making Line/Lab.
∎ Must have leadership qualities, self-driven, self-motivated and capabilities to supervise employees working under this post.
∎ Must stay near the factory and willing to work in shifting duties
∎ Must have good command over both Bangla and English.
∎ Computer literacy (MS Office) is essential.
