Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summery:

Triangle Services Ltd. is looking for a dedicated, proactive, and operationally skilled professional to support and manage daily fiber operations. The role will be responsible for coordinating field activities, assigning operational tasks, monitoring work progress, ensuring service quality, and maintaining effective communication with customers and stakeholders to ensure seamless operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Workflow & Resource Allocation: Monitor incoming tickets, prioritize items, and assign daily operational tasks to Fiber teams to optimize field efficiency.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain proactive communications with clients regarding project updates, milestones, and deployment progress.

  • Operational Oversight & Support: Track task progression, provide on-site or remote technical troubleshooting, and support teams to ensure timely delivery.

  • Quality Assurance: Audit completed fieldwork to verify strict alignment with engineering standards and quality benchmarks.

  • Data Collection & Reporting: Gather field telemetry, performance data, and operational metrics from crews to generate routine status reports.

  • Team Leadership: Manage, direct, and motivate field teams to foster a productive workspace and ensure high customer satisfaction.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments and external contractors to synchronize overlapping dependencies.

  • Incident Escalation: Identify complex network bottlenecks or deployment roadblocks and escalate them systematically to senior supervisors or engineering teams.

  • Adaptive Duties: Execute ad-hoc operational tasks and special projects as directed by management.
