Responsibilities & Context:
Generate sales queries, pursue potential leads and follow through to successfully achieve the company’s sales targets.
Promote petroleum lubricant products to existing and prospective customers.
Conduct market surveys to identify customer needs, emerging opportunities, and new business segments.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, including quarry clients and industrial owners.
Able to handle the customer feedback, address complaints promptly and ensure effective and timely resolutions.
Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports, visit plans and customer visit logs.
Execute the sales process from inquiry to delivery, ensuring timely order placement, follow-up delivery and payment collection.
