• Minimum 5 to 7 years of practical experience in maintenance (manufacturing/industrial plants). 

• Strong technical and analytical skills.

• Good knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance systems.

• Familiarity with PLC, motor control, utility equipment, and industrial safety standards.

• Excellent communication and team management skills.

• Ability to work under pressure.

A highly motivated and experienced professional to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and a proactive attitude to ensure smooth operation of all equipment and utilities.

• Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of all mechanical and electrical systems within the factory.

• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.

• Monitor and troubleshoot equipment performance and ensure quick resolution of technical issues.

• Maintain records of maintenance activities and equipment history.

• Coordinate with the production and utility teams for efficient plant operations.

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Installation of new equipment and machinery.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
