Good knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance systems.
Familiarity with PLC, motor control, utility equipment, and industrial safety standards.
Excellent communication and team management skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities & Context:
A highly motivated and experienced professional to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and a proactive attitude to ensure smooth operation of all equipment and utilities.
Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of all mechanical and electrical systems within the factory.
Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
Monitor and troubleshoot equipment performance and ensure quick resolution of technical issues.
Maintain records of maintenance activities and equipment history.
Coordinate with the production and utility teams for efficient plant operations.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Installation of new equipment and machinery.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
