Experience:
Proficient in CNC programming, machining technology, and tooling.
Familiar with SolidWorks, CAD, and CAM software.
Experience in SMT glue dispensing and fixture programming will be an added advantage.
Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
Candidates having a CNC course from BITAC will be given preference.
Context:
The Assistant Engineer (CNC Workshop) will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and improving CNC machining processes to ensure high-quality and efficient production. The position requires strong technical knowledge in CNC programming, tooling, and machining operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare processing technologies and procedures and guide the daily maintenance of CNC machine tools.
Provide optimization suggestions for processing drawings to enhance maintainability and improve efficiency.
Support production operations through continuous improvement in CNC machining processes.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to solve technical issues.
