• Proficient in CNC programming, machining technology, and tooling.

• Familiar with SolidWorks, CAD, and CAM software.

• Experience in SMT glue dispensing and fixture programming will be an added advantage.

• Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.

• Candidates having a CNC course from BITAC will be given preference.

Context:

The Assistant Engineer (CNC Workshop) will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and improving CNC machining processes to ensure high-quality and efficient production. The position requires strong technical knowledge in CNC programming, tooling, and machining operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare processing technologies and procedures and guide the daily maintenance of CNC machine tools.

• Provide optimization suggestions for processing drawings to enhance maintainability and improve efficiency.

• Support production operations through continuous improvement in CNC machining processes.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to solve technical issues.
