∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Corporate Sales and Marketing, Sales & Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for managing all Sales & Marketing activities related to lifts, and escalators;
∎ Lead and motivate staff to improve customer service with clients;
∎ Generate sales leads, and call potential clients for follow up;
∎ Develop and promote weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives;
∎ Draft detailed and accurate sales reports;
∎ Assess costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify selling prices;
∎ Establish a sales training program to train new employees;
∎ Prepare documentation of sales activities;
∎ Negotiate prices, terms of payment, and prepare sales agreements;
∎ Evaluate competitor’s product, activities, and selling strategy in the local industry;
∎ Formulate and implement sales policy and strategy to reach the sales targets;
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction through effective service;
∎ Demonstration ability to effectively communicate with external customers;
∎ Hold leading approach and expertise to assure customer confidence and satisfaction to facilitate job profitability;
∎ Lead entire sales team;
∎ Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors.
Additional Requirements:
∎ In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices;
∎ knowledge about Elevator Industry;
∎ Excellent negotiation and leadership skills;
∎ Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines;
∎ Proficient in MS Office application;
∎ Travel to China or oversea countries if required;
∎ Ready to join immediately;
∎ Able to work under pressure;
∎ Excellent verbal and written communications skills;
Salary: Negotiable
