Education:

Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant procurement of local goods and services to support uninterrupted business operations.

  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with local suppliers, manufacturers, and service providers to ensure reliable sourcing.

  3. Lead vendor identification, evaluation, onboarding, and negotiation to secure optimal commercial terms aligned with organizational needs.

  4. Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders (Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Finance, and Stores) to ensure accurate demand fulfillment.

  5. Develop, document, and continuously improve SOPs and standardized processes for local procurement operations.

  6. Ensure full compliance with company procurement policies, audit requirements, and relevant regulatory guidelines.

  7. Monitor supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, and delivery, and initiate corrective actions when required.

  8. Drive cost optimization initiatives through strategic sourcing, vendor development, and market intelligence.

  9. Maintain accurate procurement documentation and prepare analytical reports for management decision-making and tracking.

  10. Lead the team, ensuring process discipline, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the function.
