Knowledge of safety and compliance standards
Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise day-to-day depot operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
Ensure proper stock management, documentation, and record-keeping.
Monitor inventory levels and prevent stock shortages or overstocking.
Coordinate with the Head Office, transport, and sales teams for smooth distribution.
Maintain depot cleanliness, safety, and compliance standards.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock and operations.
Support and manage depot staff to achieve operational efficiency.
Handle customer or distributor queries professionally.
