∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial operations, preferably in Mobile, Electric Items, and Related Accessories industries

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage Letters of Credit (LC), UPAS (including OBU), and payment processes.
∎ Prepare and verify all documentation for LC opening and financial transactions.
∎ Handle ERC, IRC, Trade License, TIN, VAT, Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC),EPB, Fire License, DG import license, etc.
∎ Ensure compliance with commercial laws for imports and supply chain operations.
∎ Oversee foreign consignments, coordinating with CNF agents, freight forwarders, and shipping agents.
∎ Ensure timely clearance/delivery via sea, air, or land while adhering to customs regulations.
∎ Maintain relationships with government/regulatory authorities.
∎ Prepare commercial documents (invoices, bills, statements) as per compliance standards.
∎ Banking & Financial Coordination:
∎ Manage Letters of Credit (LC), UPAS (including OBU), and payment processes.
