∎ Bachelor’s (Honors) in Business or a related field is mandatory.

∎ Minimum 5 years in a senior management position.
∎ Experience in sales/marketing, preferably in Mobile Accessories, Gadget Items, or related electronic products.
∎ Proven track record in electronics, mobile sectors.
∎ Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team development abilities.
∎ Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
∎ Proficiency in data-driven sales planning and forecasting.
∎ Deep understanding of Bangladesh’s regional market dynamics.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement nationwide sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
∎ Lead and inspire a sales team of 50+ members across multiple regions.
∎ Identify and develop new market segments across Bangladesh.
∎ Establish and maintain strong partnerships with national distributors and large retail chains.
∎ Set clear KPIs and implement robust sales monitoring systems.
∎ Conduct quarterly performance reviews and adjust strategy as needed.
∎ Monitor and analyze industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
∎ Proactively adapt strategies to align with changing market conditions.
∎ Coordinate closely with production, marketing, logistics, and finance departments.
∎ Report directly to the company’s Board of Directors.

∎ Travel Requirement: Up to 30% field travel across Bangladesh
