Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve monthly sales targets within the assigned territory.
∎ Manage and strengthen relationships with existing retailers.
∎ Identify and onboard new retail outlets.
∎ Ensure product availability across all retail points.
∎ Monitor stock levels and coordinate effectively with distributors.
∎ Track competitor activities and gather market insights.
∎ Provide regular field feedback and suggestions to the management team.
∎ Maintain accurate daily sales records.
∎ Submit weekly market visit and performance reports.
