Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mobile handsets, ensuring high-quality and on time repair service
- Maintain Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) during repairing.
- Perform software updates, system restores, and troubleshooting for devices.
- Conduct hardware repairs, including screen replacements, battery fixes, and component replacements.
- Test repaired devices to ensure proper functionality and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of repair activities and customer information.
