Mamagocho is looking for an expert Assistant Chef who will work closely with the Chefs and kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items according to the restaurant`s standards and recipes.Ingredient Management: Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and utilized efficiently to minimize waste.
2. Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and cleanliness under high pressure.
3. Kitchen Management: Assist in managing kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment.
4. Team Support: Work as part of a cohesive kitchen team, providing support and training to junior staff and ensuring a positive work environment.
5. Health and Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling, sanitation, and restaurant safety procedures.
