Job Responsibilities:
∎ To generate new business opportunities in Women Entrepreneur arena mand make proper client assessments. Maintaining good relationship through client visit with potential women clients to enhance the client base of the company.
∎ Analyse a client in different aspects e.g. Financial risk, Business related risk, Market risk, CRG, credit worthiness, bank statement etc.
∎ Achieve monthly/ yearly set targets by providing loans to women entrepreneurs and provide constant after sales service for extraordinary customer experience.
∎ Ensure that business risks and controls are well managed, while business methods remain compliant within IPDC policy.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 1 years of experience in relevant field is preferred. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
∎ The incumbent must be a strong and motivated team player with excellent negotiation, communication & analytical skills.
∎ Ability to maintain performance expectations in diverse cultural contexts, psychologically stressful environments, and physical hardship conditions with limited resources.
∎ Creativity in terms of meeting customer demands with existing products.
∎ Initiative and people driven ability to achieve set targets and service standards.
∎ Excellent coordination skill is required for following-up with all levels of employees including vendors as well.
∎ Should be able to write and speak fluent Bangla and moderate English.
∎ Should have a good knowledge of local FI/NBFI and regulatory regulations.
∎ Strong organizing, coordinating and administrative skills.
∎ Ability to multi-task in a high paced organization.
∎ Should have basic PC skills (word processing, excel & PowerPoint).

Salary:
∎ Monthly gross salary for this position is BDT 15,000 to 26,000 (Negotiable)
