∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

∎ 4 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Paint
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Setting the national target for the brand and formulate marketing, advertising, and promotional strategies to achieve national target, brand growth & market share
∎ Developing the marketing mix in accordance with the brand guidelines to enhance brand awareness, image, and equity
∎ Improving the cost base to ensure brand profitability and affordability
∎ Monitor distribution width & depth to ensure availability and merchandise communicating to the parent company
∎ Developing & supervising all advertising campaign in print, electronic and outdoor media as well as event management, e.g. Painters Gathering
∎ Preparing strategic marketing plan which will be aligned with the business goal
∎ Conduct consumer surveys to understand customer mindset and behavior
∎ Pitching product features to the ship owners and scheming the price of the product
∎ Identify and explore the scope to enhance the line up of product by communicating the parent company
∎ Periodical reporting of the brand (monthly, quarterly and annually.)
∎ Monitor competitor activity and update benchmarking.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Applicants from Paints Industry will get preference and having skills in Adobe Illustrator will be an added advantage.
Salary: Negotiable
