Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ MBA in Accounting or Finance
∎ Professional Certification: ACS
∎ (Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Bangladesh)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist Board Secretary for scheduling and managing Board Meeting, Board Committee meeting and General meeting
∎ Follow up implementation of Board decisions and the decision of Committee meetings
∎ Assist Board Secretary to prepare and serve working papers for Board meeting and Committee meetings
∎ Provide support & service to Board Secretary for preparing and serving Notice of meetings
∎ Maintaining the statutory registers
∎ Provide support & service to Board Secretary in ensuring event management activities
∎ Assist Board Secretary for the publication of the company's annual report and accounts
∎ Liaise with BSEC, DSE, CSE, CDBL, RJSC and other regulatory bodies and remain upto date about the statutory changes and assist Board Secretary to incorporate the changes
∎ Perform other tasks related to company's corporate & secretarial affairs

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a public listed company or Group of Companies
∎ Excellent Inter-Personal and Communication skill both in Bengali & English
