∎ Ability to work independently in a cross-cultural environment.

∎ Communicate with Japanese clients and partners, both verbally and in writing, in Japanese and English.
∎ Support the business development manager in preparing and delivering presentations and proposals.
∎ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business development plans.
∎ Monitor and report on key performance indicators and market trends in the Bangladesh market.
∎ Travel as per requirement as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and conduct business development activities.
∎ Any other business at instruction by the company.
