∎ Diploma in Hotel Management in Diploma training at a culinary institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Experienced in various categories of bread, savory and pastry.
∎ Enthusiastic, hardworking, compatible to adopt a challenging environment.
∎ Experienced in working in a commercial bakery unit.
∎ Cleaning, maintaining the ingredients and equipment.
∎ Ensure the bakery section of the kitchen adheres to health and safety regulations.
∎ Experience in cost control, analyzing the sales report and reporting to the management.
∎ Develop new seasonal recipes and menu and keep up with the latest trends.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Diploma/ training at a culinary institution.
∎ Certificate in culinary arts, pastry-making, baking, or relevant field.
∎ 3 or more years' experience working within the food industry as a commercial Pastry Chef and Baker.
∎ Capable of leading the team, working in a fast-paced, production environment.
