Job Responsibilities:
∎ Effectively manage merchant on boarding process
∎ Monitor to reduce the merchant onboarding return ratio
∎ Initiate deferral document approval for high value merchant category
∎ Maintain collection database on deferral document
∎ Process merchant complaints and conciliate disputes that meet the dispute processing procedures
∎ Resolve complaints accurately and in a timely manner

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in any reputed financial company or commercial bank
∎ In-depth knowledge on data analysis, credit card market, banking rules & regulations

Salary: Negotiable
