Experience:

• At most 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry)

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering

• Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc) in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized and reputable university.

• At most 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry)

• Age 24 to 28 years

• Monitor hourly production plans versus actual output, conduct gap analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

• Identify daily process deviations (change points) and take effective measures to prevent defects from reaching the next customer.

• Maintain and manage associates’ leave plans; monitor daily attendance and take corrective actions for unauthorized absences.

• Ensure the safety and well-being of all associates on the production floor.

• Ensure proper part handling and assembly by associates in accordance with standard operating procedures.

• Conduct root cause analysis of daily in-house process errors and implement preventive actions.

• Minimize production downtime through daily PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycles.

• Maintain effective communication with all relevant stakeholders.

• Record and maintain daily production and quality data; generate reports for management as needed.
