Experience:

• 3 to 5 years

• Candidate should be a dynamic professional having a Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch) degree from any reputed public/private University with a good academic record.

• 3 to 5 years

• Age 25 to 30 years

• 3-5 years’ experience in Real Estate Sector or Architectural Design Consultancy Firms with excellent professional records.

• Thorough knowledge on Architectural design & drawing (Both Exterior & Interior Design).

• Practical experience in preparing authority approval drawing like RAJUK drawings, FAR calculation, DAP Rules etc. as well as construction/working drawing.

• Strong design portfolio demonstrating knowledge of architectural visualization, graphic presentation, layout and composition.

• Expertise in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting and animation and proficient in creating artistic architectural renderings with photo-real scenes and landscapes.

• Strong communication skills, enthusiasm to find creative and innovative solutions to the assigned tasks, and ability to work in and foster a collaborative environment.

• 3 to 5 years` experience in related field. Fresh graduates with special interests and expertise in 3D visualization are also encouraged to apply.

• Brief Portfolio of Works with images and links (for animation) of completed projects must accompany the application.

Software Skills:

• Autodesk AutoCAD.

• SketchUP/3DS Max or any relevant software.

• High-end 3D rendering/animation software like V-Ray, Lumion etc.

• Photoshop, Illustrator.

• Microsoft Office .

• Design, Drafting, 3D modelling and Visualization of Architectural projects.

• Exclusive Interior & Furniture design along with project supervision.

• Project Planning and Site design management with Clients and Workers.

• RAJUK & DAP related drawings, understanding as well exterior 3D design.

• Presentation and Budgeting works while working as a team member with other professionals, Engineers and Consultants.

• Salary Review: Yearly, based on performance
