Job Context:
∎ Utshob Agro is one of the leading Agro project located at Nokla, Sherpur District. We are looking for some experienced Agro professionals who have the ability and potentiality to operate a project successfully. We are involved in producing different kind of quality fish & vegetables. Our upcoming projects are dairy & poultry.
∎ Those who have proven track record in the sector of cultivating vegetables, different kind of fish production, dairy & poultry, they are highly encouraged to apply.
∎ Interested applicants should have the mind set to stay in the project office located at Nokla, Sherpur.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Have to cultivate different types of profitable vegetables.
∎ Regular follow-up of the Agro project.
∎ You have to find out the source of quality seeds for vegetables and fish.
∎ Find out the diseases and prompt remedies for ensuring maximum production.
∎ Keeping records of daily feeds, medicines, and other expenditures in an efficient way.
∎ Ensuring the project's safety and profitability.
∎ Able to manage and train project employees with utmost care.
∎ Ready to perform any kind of work assigned by the Top Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Very keen to learn new culture.
∎ Proactive.
∎ Ready to take challenges.
∎ Hard working.
∎ Need to know the basic of using Facebook, Skype and computer operation.
Salary: Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
