∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
∎ accounting background should be preferable
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare monthly invoice in microsoft excel to customers and overseas agents
∎ Entry all kinds of accounting adjustment transaction manually or software basis.
∎ Prepare account financial reports - daily, weekly, monthly & yearly.
∎ Follow up with Daily and monthly bill/payment collection.
∎ Input of data including invoices & credit notes is timely.
∎ Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Write and reply email to customers/overseas agent.
∎ Contact customs over the phone or by email for payment collection and response customs for any billing and rate enquiry.
Salary: Tk. 16000 - 18000 (Monthly)
