Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
∎ At least Bachelor in Commerce (Accounting)/BBA (Accounting)/BBS (Accounting) preferably 1 year experience in similar nature of job.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Job descriptions:
∎ Maintain day to day transaction of VARD Eye Hospital, Osamaninagar, Sylhet.
∎ Ensure logistics and supplies timely
∎ Maintain hospital’s store.
∎ Maintain fixed assets register and other related records.
∎ Prepare necessary bill and vouchers
∎ Assist Accountant (Cash, Store and Logistic) in maintaining books of accounts and prepare periodical report.
∎ Supply of logistic to the hospital team timely from hospital central store.
∎ Perform day to day transaction with banks.
∎ Maintain leave register and personal files.
∎ Filing internal and external documents.
∎ Perform other relevant duties assigned by Accountant (Cash, Store and Logistic)/Hospital Manager(AFO).
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ 1 years experience preferable in similar nature of job in any reputed NGO is necessary.
∎ Computer proficiency on MS Word and MS Excel, Tally software
∎ Excellent knowledge on record keeping / filing
∎ Work under pressure and fulfill the requirement within the deadline and will to give additional time.
Salary: Tk. 12000 - 13000 (Monthly)
