Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in IPE
∎ Shahjalal University of Science & Technology, Khulna University of Engineering and Technology, Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology, Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide leadership in organizing the Planning Dept. with efficient structure and effective work process.
∎ To responsible for preparing and reviewing production schedules, line plan , Knitting Plan , T&A, and engineering procedures, aimed at achieving higher productivity and efficiency per worker.
∎ Ensure cost minimization and optimum utilization of labor, machinery, and material through effective operating layout in the production.
∎ Develop and implement Lean management, KAIZEN, TPM, Six Sigma, and other tools for ensuring efficient production processes.
∎ Be able to make maximum utilization of ERP for greater effect.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Overall experience of 5 years in Planning Dept. of reputed knit factory.
∎ Strong leadership with communication/interpersonal skill.
Salary: Negotiable
