Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Credit

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assess proposed customer potentiality and ability of installment.
∎ Collection from credit customers.
∎ Reinforce action against overdue customers and ensure recovery from those customers with proper planning.
∎ Liaison with Head office credit management and sales team daily.
∎ Participate in recovery activities through the help of field force.
∎ Ensure complicated customers pay their overdue.
∎ Recover long overdue amount from the customers.
∎ Responsible for weekly recovery/collection report to job customer.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Must have 2 years' experience in Credit Recovery of agriculture machine industry/ Micro Credit recovery.
∎ Candidates having experience in Bangladesh Defense Force will get special preference.
∎ Very good communication & interpersonal skills.
∎ Excellent convincing skill.
