Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for some efficient, energetic, courteous ASM, TSO for creating a strong distribution channel for Shoe sector. For this Job, applicants must have experienced in the shoe distribution and dealer management.
Identify & plan for market approach strategy for prospective clients & target segments.
Take all measures to create a potential market as well as new sales avenue.
Dealer management- new dealer appointment- Market expansion is core competency.
Visit the prospective Clients and Professionals on a regular basis to enhance sales volume.
Identify customers` needs and serve them accordingly to their needs.
Keep regular communication with clients, build-up cordial professional relationship and promote our Brand.
Prepare and execute Sales Plan for the assigned market to achieve the Sales Target.
Create and nurture own market from experience and must be result-oriented.
Reach the Area goal both in terms of Value and volume.
Ensure and check dealer stock with matching the stock time to time, also monitor the activities of the dealers.
Implement the visual merchandising activities in the marketplace.
Ensure optimum customer care through professional handling of criticisms as and when required.
Keep strong Knowledge of Competitors’ Product Promotion/ Customer Management/ Practices.
