We are looking for some efficient, energetic, courteous ASM, TSO for creating a strong distribution channel for Shoe sector. For this Job, applicants must have experienced in the shoe distribution and dealer management.

• Identify & plan for market approach strategy for prospective clients & target segments. 
• Take all measures to create a potential market as well as new sales avenue.
• Dealer management- new dealer appointment- Market expansion is core competency. 
• Visit the prospective Clients and Professionals on a regular basis to enhance sales volume. 
• Identify customers' needs and serve them accordingly to their needs. 
• Keep regular communication with clients, build-up cordial professional relationship and promote our Brand. 
• Prepare and execute Sales Plan for the assigned market to achieve the Sales Target. 
• Create and nurture own market from experience and must be result-oriented. 
• Reach the Area goal both in terms of Value and volume.
• Ensure and check dealer stock with matching the stock time to time, also monitor the activities of the dealers. 
• Implement the visual merchandising activities in the marketplace.
• Ensure optimum customer care through professional handling of criticisms as and when required.
• Keep strong Knowledge of Competitors’ Product Promotion/ Customer Management/ Practices.
