Additional Requirements:
- Age At least 25 years
Proven experience in sales and distribution, preferably in cosmetics, FMCG, or personal care products.
Strong knowledge of territory sales management, distribution handling, and channel development.
Experience in managing field sales teams and distributor networks.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to analyze market trends, sales data, and competitor activities.
Must be target-oriented, proactive, and capable of working under pressure.
Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets within the assigned area/district.
- Supervise, guide, and motivate the sales team, distributors, and field staff to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Create, expand, and strengthen the dealer/retailer network, ensuring strong product availability and visibility in the marketplace.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, gaps, and potential threats.
- Execute promotional campaigns, trade marketing activities, and new product launches in the territory.
- Ensure timely collection of outstanding dues from distributors and maintain proper credit control.
- Visit markets regularly to monitor retail execution, merchandising, and customer feedback.
- Analyze sales reports and submit timely updates to senior management.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, Marketing, and Production teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and stock availability.
- Provide regular training, coaching, and performance evaluation of the sales team.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and market regulations.
