• Proven experience in sales and distribution, preferably in cosmetics, FMCG, or personal care products.

• Strong knowledge of territory sales management, distribution handling, and channel development.

• Experience in managing field sales teams and distributor networks.

• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Ability to analyze market trends, sales data, and competitor activities.

• Must be target-oriented, proactive, and capable of working under pressure.

• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets within the assigned area/district.
• Supervise, guide, and motivate the sales team, distributors, and field staff to ensure high performance and productivity.
• Create, expand, and strengthen the dealer/retailer network, ensuring strong product availability and visibility in the marketplace.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, gaps, and potential threats.
• Execute promotional campaigns, trade marketing activities, and new product launches in the territory.
• Ensure timely collection of outstanding dues from distributors and maintain proper credit control.
• Visit markets regularly to monitor retail execution, merchandising, and customer feedback.
• Analyze sales reports and submit timely updates to senior management.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Marketing, and Production teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and stock availability.
• Provide regular training, coaching, and performance evaluation of the sales team.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and market regulations.
