∎ Have a knowledge of computer (MS word, Excel, PowerPoint) including mail communication.
∎ Have a knowledge of English for the mail and others purpose.
∎ End of the Month focus on the revenue and study against planning then submit report to the management.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To lead the team independently.
∎ Have a knowledge of clear every washing process.
∎ Make the proper planning of washing (Wet process & Dry process) and make report of production achievement.
∎ Follow up the sewing planning & make up the shipment schedule as per plan.
∎ Make the plan of washing full month base on machine capacity.
∎ Time- study, capacity study & hourly production follows up.
∎ Monitoring Wash & Dry line score sheets by hourly basis.
∎ Training Wash & Dry operators' efficiency follow up.
∎ Good understanding in the use of washing chemicals and different recipes.
∎ Seasonal & Monthly Chemical budget against plan.
