∎ Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM), Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Animal Husbandry, Bachelor of Science (BSc)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Sales & Marketing experience in the area of poultry feed shall get preference
∎ Basic computer operating knowledge
∎ Smart, confident with excellent communication skills
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor poultry feed sales and collect dealer status
∎ Deliver & report daily sales information/forecast to respective supervisor/sales coordinator
∎ Dealer development & improvement in dealer profiles
∎ Identify Gap Market area & inform to the supervisor
∎ Identify & map all farmers, dealers and ensure after sales service (dealer & farmer)
∎ Build up strong relationship with prime customer & handling customer feedback including feed
∎ Give "FEEDBACK" to the supervisor about the present/future scenario of the market
∎ Monthly feed performance report sends to HO
∎ Marketing Activity SGM, Seminar with farmers, retailor meeting, Multimedia projector showing activity
∎ Farm trial to be recorded & report need to be submitted to supervisor regularly for Poultry
∎ Develop communication with logistics/ depot personnel for smooth dispatch
