∎ BSc / MSc in Agriculture is preferred

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Proven experience in Agrochemical/Seed industry is highly preferred.
∎ Candidates with working experience in Kishoregonj, Mymensingh, Tangail, Jamalpur, Netrokona, and Sherpur areas will have a distinct advantage.
∎ Ability in managing large territories or regions with diverse customer bases.
∎ Familiarity with agricultural inputs such as seeds, fertilizers, and pesticides.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
∎ Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business priorities.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the assigned region.
∎ Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team goals.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders in the agricultural sector.
∎ Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and customer needs.
∎ Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and prepare regular reports for senior management.
∎ Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
∎ Identify and onboard new distributors, dealers, and retailers to expand the company’s network in the region.
∎ Conduct regular field visits to assess market conditions, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
∎ Develop and manage the regional sales budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
