Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Marketing, Sales/ Marketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the sales team to fulfill the monthly as well as yearly sales target of the DIVISION/Regional as set by the management.
∎ Responsible to set up modern and effective marketing & sales strategy for the development of existing sales volume.
∎ Take all measures to create a potential market as well as new sales opportunities.
∎ Prepare monthly sales planning & execution to achieve sales target & explore a new market.
∎ Preparing the report for the management e.g. Sales report, Sales Forecast, Target setup, Market analysis etc.
∎ Supervise & Monitor effective market visit of the team members (TM) to existing and potential customers in the retail area to increase the sales.
∎ Acquire product knowledge on own products as well as competitors product, price, feature, marketing strategy, distribution policy and promotional activities.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the existing & new Dealers and keep in touch with the retailers.
∎ Ensure products availability.
∎ Insure Dealer and retails Stock available.
∎ New Dealer , Retails make.
∎ Provide feedback and market information.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Must be Smart and hard worker
∎ Computer knowledge is essential
∎ Good command in English.

Salary: Negotiable
