∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Area Territory Marketing, Dealer Sales, Handling Distributors or Dealers

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): FMCG Sales & Marketing, Good leadership
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle marketing activities, sales promotion, marketing plan and communication channels.
∎ Manage effective sales team (TSO & ASO)
∎ Achieve forecasted sales goals.
∎ Make effective sales & marketing plan and execute that.
∎ Possessing excellent interpersonal communication skills to all levels of people.
∎ Market visit, finds out prospective clients and create new opportunity.
∎ Credit recovery plan, Promotions plan, Building relationship with potential Customers and Dealers.
∎ Ensure Territory Sales Target and Evaluate Retailers & Dealers performance.
∎ Regular follow-up of sales order and payment.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly market report on sales and distribution.
∎ Providing regularly report on the visit outcomes and findings thereon to the Head of Sales Marketing.
∎ Prepare reports at the end of the day based on collecting, analyzing and summarizing information of the market.
∎ Engage in field work for 70% of total working hour.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience in Food/ Beverage company.
∎ Motorcycle driving ability preferred.
∎ Strong leadership.
∎ Proactive, sales focused & creative.
∎ Strong Analytical skills.

Salary: Negotiable
