Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare sales targets with reference to the prevailing market situations for the Sr. Executives/ Executive.
∎ Plan to ensure achievement of personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies
∎ Provide guidance of sales advisors daily, monthly, and quarter work plan in accordance with the formulated strategies Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
∎ Conducts one-on-one review with all Sr. Executives/ Executive.
∎ To provide insight for the improvement of Sales Executive's activity performance.
∎ Maintain regular communications with team members in all functional areas
∎ Ensure proper and timely ordering of POS to increase visibility of our brands
∎ Work with supervisor to develop territory budget, create projections, and manage within parameters to ensure targeted profitability
∎ Integral in the process of selecting and signing new distributors
∎ Assist with coordination of festivals in territory
∎ Assist in preparation for monthly sales and marketing meetings
∎ Assist in performing market research for respective territory.
∎ Monitor payment outstanding collections from the clients against approved credit limits to collect payments within due dates.
∎ Act as a team members of Implementation of ISO 9001:2015.
∎ Any others assign job by Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Must be well organized, smart and proactive to duties.
∎ Good proficiency in both English and Bengali (written and spoken).
∎ Good computer literacy
∎ Leadership/Managerial Skills
∎ Strategic Thinking, Good Leadership, Strong Analytical Skills
∎ Must have 6 years working experience & at least 2 years in the equivalent position.
