Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth within the assigned area.
∎ Have to achieve the target as monthly/Quarterly/Half Yearly/Yearly for Small Appliance Products.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, retailers, distributors, and other stakeholders in the small appliance industry.
∎ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and market expansion.
∎ Communicate with the customer service team for service-related issues.
∎ Provide sales training, coaching, and guidance to the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional activities and campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
∎ Ensure and establish the sales administrative activities (attendance, leave) and market problem-solving.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
