Responsibilities & Context:

Develop and Execute Sales & Marketing Strategies

  • Plan and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.

Lead Generation & Conversion

  • Generate leads through various channels such as digital marketing, events, referrals, cold calls, and networking.
  • Qualify prospects and convert leads into customers.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Marketing Campaign Management

  • Create and oversee marketing campaigns (online and offline) to promote products/services.
  • Work with creative teams to develop promotional materials such as brochures, ads, social media posts, and email campaigns.

Sales Presentations and Product Demos

  • Deliver compelling product/service presentations to clients.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Use insights to improve product positioning and refine sales approaches.

Achieving Sales Targets

  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
  • Monitor sales performance and adjust tactics to improve results.

Reporting and Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and results using CRM systems.
  • Prepare regular reports for management on pipeline status and market insights.

Budget Management

  • Manage and allocate marketing and promotional budgets efficiently.
  • Monitor return on investment (ROI) for marketing efforts.

Collaboration Across Departments

  • Work closely with product, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure alignment of goals and messaging.
  • Provide feedback from customers to improve product development and service delivery.
