Responsibilities & Context: Develop and Execute Sales & Marketing Strategies
- Plan and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
- Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.
Lead Generation & Conversion
- Generate leads through various channels such as digital marketing, events, referrals, cold calls, and networking.
- Qualify prospects and convert leads into customers.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Marketing Campaign Management
- Create and oversee marketing campaigns (online and offline) to promote products/services.
- Work with creative teams to develop promotional materials such as brochures, ads, social media posts, and email campaigns.
Sales Presentations and Product Demos
- Deliver compelling product/service presentations to clients.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Use insights to improve product positioning and refine sales approaches.
Achieving Sales Targets
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust tactics to improve results.
Reporting and Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and results using CRM systems.
- Prepare regular reports for management on pipeline status and market insights.
Budget Management
- Manage and allocate marketing and promotional budgets efficiently.
- Monitor return on investment (ROI) for marketing efforts.
Collaboration Across Departments
- Work closely with product, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure alignment of goals and messaging.
- Provide feedback from customers to improve product development and service delivery.
