Job Responsibilities:
∎ Select and extend sales points, communicate with clients, build sales channel
∎ Guide area sales team and assess area sales team work, make sure all the sales plan and policy are well executed
∎ Check all sales points situation, improve all sales points, make qualified five one of both outlet and market, plan and executive activity for promotion, coordinate all resource to increase sales volume.
∎ Daily management of OSR and sales executive, build strong sales team
∎ Follow branding guidance, build good brand image of area
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 34 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Advance Excel Knowledge with relevant computer literacy skills
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concern department.
∎ Strong communication skill; both in English & Bengali
∎ Strong interpersonal skill
∎ Work under deadline and pressure
∎ Report writing capacity (both English & Bangla)
∎ Flexibility to work in anywhere of Bangladesh
∎ Dress Code: As per company policy
∎ Facial grooming: clean shaved or trimmed beard
