Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing, Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
∎ Graduate / Post Graduate from Business background from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Credit Management, Direct Sales, Electric Item, FMCG Sales & Marketing, Home appliances, Retail Sales and Marketing, Sales Training
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Automobile, Bicycle, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Multinational Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure daily time based work plan, tour plan and summery report of sales and collection weekly basis.
∎ Ensure Weekly Report in every week.
∎ Submit Area Manager Report to Regional Manager minimum 4 in every month.
∎ Ensure necessary arrangement for various inspection and verification of customers and check the forms if there is any SOP lacking.
∎ Assist RSM in suggesting about any crisis or critical matter.
∎ Check minimum 25 accounts in every month of credit sales customers and report to the RSM.
∎ Prepare and produce necessary reports to RSM.
∎ Prepare a monthly action plan in the 1st week of every month and submit to the Regional Manager.
∎ Ensure proper customer service.
∎ Regularly update model wise competitors' price, scheme and marketing activities to Regional Manager.
∎ Train and Educate the Show Room Staffs and TMs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong knowledge of key products and their demand, pricing and value.
∎ Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing, communications and public relations activities.
∎ Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal sales skills.
∎ Demonstrated ability to anticipate and solve practical problems or resolve issues.
∎ Understand the customer requirement and able to map Runner Products and solutions.
∎ Should show leadership to deliver both the change management and to drive the business forward.
∎ Able to deliver key messages effectively and demonstrate products via a wide range of media.
∎ Travel frequently all over the country is required.
Salary:
