∎ Graduate / Masters / MBA or Equivalent Degree.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Territory Sales Target and Evaluate Retailers & Dealers performance.
∎ Ensure to maximize the potential Angle, Square bar, Flat bar Retailer and Dealer.
∎ Build strong Sales and Marketing network in the segment of Dealers, Retailers & End users.
∎ Ensure efficient and effective credit management as per Roof Ispat Mills Ltd. policy.
∎ Organize and monitor promotional activities to ensure targeted sales objective.
∎ Accomplish any other job assigned by the senior.
∎ Develop Areas for Retailers/Dealers.
∎ Regular follow-up of sales order and payment.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly market report on sales and distribution.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Minimum 02 to 05 years' experience in Sales and Marketing.
∎ Experienced candidate in steel related marking will be given preference.
∎ Have to take Challenge & be smart.
∎ Excellent communications skills with strong sense of responsibilities. Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast paced working environment.
