∎ Bachelor Degree in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise the activities of sales team to ensure daily activities as per company's policy.
∎ Designed work plan for the team members to ensure highest productivity.
∎ To ensure effective strategy and provide proper guidelines to the team members to achieve companies sales objectives and achieve prescription target to maintain close relationship with Medical Professional of the assigned area.
∎ Analyze the performance of Team members regularly and must be ensure value wise & product wise sales objectives.
∎ To ensure special emphasis to competitor's activities and take necessary steps to propose effective plan to gain market share.
∎ To maintain regular work schedule like - Daily Call Reporting, Monthly Reporting, Adhering to the Monthly Tour programs, update Doctors & Chemist list.
∎ Completing weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly sales objectives.
∎ Maintain regular communication with superior for collect more up to date information about companies products and policy.
∎ Any others responsibilities as and when assigned by the management will be treated as a duty.
∎ Maintain good contact with Doctor's & Chemist.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Minimum 3-5 years working experience in same position of any Pharmaceuticals Company.
∎ Excellent communication skills both English & Bengali.
∎ Dynamic, Hard working in assigned area &self-motivated with sound physical & mental health.
