Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Pharm/ M. Pharm from any reputed university with good academic results.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of URS of the Production machinery.
∎ Preparation of SOPs & BMR of the equipment & product.
∎ Preparation and execution the qualification protocol of the production equipment.
∎ To execute production operation through running of production machineries, performing packaging operations and cleaning of clean rooms to maintain the clean environment as per GMP.
∎ Execute workers training.
∎ Have to achieve targeted output of production operation and report supervisor accordingly.
∎ Shall follow the health and safety guidelines while working on the production floor to ensure the safety of the Plant & People.
∎ Have to follow all quality aspects as per cGMP and Company rules as well as Government's guidelines.
∎ Have to communicate with supervisor and managers and other department's employees frequently.
∎ Shall be responsible to keep update all relevant documents as per written procedure.
∎ Have to develop and implement ideas and effort to make the production operation cost effective.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ At least 3 years work experience as production officer in any pharmaceuticals company.
∎ Good knowledge/experience of Production Equipment qualification procedures.
∎ Eager to take the challenge of working in a new project.
∎ Incumbent should be creative, hardworking & proficient in team playing.
∎ Strong communication skill.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Should have proficiency in speaking and writing both English and Bengali.
∎ Should have the ability to achieve targeted output within the stipulated time frame.
∎ Should have the ability to act decisively to solve equipment-related problems.
∎ Should have good work habits to ensure high levels of quality.
∎ Should have the ability to communicate clearly with team members.
∎ Should have the ability of problem solving and interpersonal skills.
