Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for achieving sales target of the concerned Sales Area.
∎ Sales, Credit and Channel management in assigned sales territory.
∎ Explore market expansion opportunities and grab niche market.
∎ Implement company promotion strategy and demand creation at growers’ level.
∎ Buildup relationship with existing customers to enhance sales.
∎ Perform any other work assigned by the management.
∎ Team & People Management.
