Job Context:
∎ Looking for high-performing individuals to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. The post will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and implementing those by capturing new markets.
∎ Employment Status:
∎ Full-time after successful completion of probationary period
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Day to day monitoring of sales & collection in order to achieve monthly targets.
∎ To motivate & train up the sales personnel to achieve the goal of the organization.
∎ To manage and monitor sales personnel in a professional way and be responsible for the Sales team's activities.
∎ Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies in order to establish sales objectives and targets for districts.
∎ Establish effective marketing & sales strategy for Fan, Light, and other electric and electronic appliances.
∎ To plan and ensure high product visibility in the market and identify market gaps.
∎ Maintains and expands dealer base by establishing communication and regular visits.
∎ Keep close contact with the distribution department to ensure timely delivery of products.
∎ Monitoring and maintaining performance of the sales team and forming projections of market trends.
∎ Generating regular performance, market and client reports.
∎ Submitting timely personnel performance and sales reports as required by Management.
∎ Monitoring competitor activity.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Fan, Light, Electric and Electronic Appliance Industries
∎ Strong business sense and industry expertise
∎ Market Reading Capability & Decision Making Ability.
∎ Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
∎ Strong Computer Skill (MS office, E-mail)
∎ Strong Analytical ability.
